This program provides you with your personal concierge that will help ensure that anyone using our Survivor Speech Companion System will receive top-notch customer service, proper setup, and training for the system. The one-on-one training for a Speech Language Pathologist or Client caregiver is provided at no cost. This service is offered with every system we ship as a means to insure that your first experience with our system is a pleasurable experience.

The Ambassador Program has been established in response to the need for the multi-functional system setup to be effectively installed on PCs of all levels for the Clients using our system. Through the means of Secure Remote Support, O’Brien Ambassadors will be able to quickly and easily connect, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through the secure technology tunnel.
