If you experience any problem with your Survivor Speech Companion System, you may call our Technical Support Line for quick assistance. Our staff will analyze your situation, and if necessary, connect to your computer by means of our Secure Remote Support System. This is the same system that Dell Computer™ uses for their technical support. We should then be able to quickly and easily connect, diagnose, and resolve most technical issues through the secure technology tunnel.
